Halloween costumes with a coastal theme can be great fun. Don't go to the halloween party dressed as someone else who is emulating a politician or person in the news. At the beach, it is fun to be a pirate, a mermaid or even an animal such as a lobster or dolphin. Your pets can get in on the act too...use your imagination and have a beachy halloween.
